Stocktheft Lands Three Men In Court

The trio is alleged to have stolen 13 sheep each valued at P2,500 and all amounting to P40,000 belonging to Seiteo Sebonego.

The muti man protested audibly in the dock that he did not steal anything, but he was paid with the stock after a ritual.

Sub Inspector Edwin Supang from the prosecution bench said investigations in the matter were complete and he asked the court to release Melome on bail as he  was the only one in custody.

He was released on a cash bail of P1,000 and was also ordered to provide two sureties who will each bind themselves with P500.

The three will appear again on February 16, for mention.
