ABM University College Fetes SOS Village Kids

The academic institution visited SOS to present Christmas presents to the children that stay at the home last Thursday.

As way of receiving and showing gratitude for the gifts, SOS Children’s Village Tlokweng Family Care Based Manger, Clarah Fulele, thanked ABM University College stating that they are a true blessing for doing such a good thing.

“This could have not occurred without your presence ABM University College. You just showed the community that these children are not only ours but they are for all us,” said Fulele.

Because the institution is closed for holidays, she thanked the students who sacrificed their holiday time to spend time and give presents to SOS children. She said it was not the first time that ABM University gave to SOS Children’s Village in Tlokweng. The present comprised of a number of things such as toys and stationery.

SOS children also showed their appreciation and gratitude to ABM University College by singing song for the donor. Representatives of ABM also joined the choir to sing.

It was a day filled with fun as ABM University College students and staff interacted and spent the day with the SOS children. They played games, danced and also ate lunch together. the different stream leaders to ensure that everyone was prepared to take on their day’s role fully. This was followed by departure to the different stations across town where they will resume their day’s duties. During the day, staff had on them a questionnaire that they used to make note of comments from customers regarding issues they experience with Orange. They were encouraged to take notes of customer comments, complaints if any, or any other information that is educativenb to them and can be used by Orange to improve customer experience and service levels.

 

“To support them on the field, we had team leaders on site to advise and supervise members of staff accordingly throughout the day. There is a customer service exercise, and we encouraged everyone to put on their best smile and enjoy the day’s activities.
