“The expo is offering workshops from within the television/film industry as well dance workshops as before. Something for each age group and skill level,” stated Dimpho Mogotsi, the Dreams Alive Club NGO secretary.

Mogotsi said Banks, Evans and Baker will concentrate on their respective specialities and skills during their stay. The workshops will take place at different venues such as Maitisong Theatre and Molapo Piazza at different times depending on which discipline is being worked on.  “The Hollywood trio has expressed their eagerness in connecting with Batswana and assistance that will birth creative projects in Botswana”.

Apart from the expo, the trio will also facilitate a community outreach dance and acting workshop. Banks, who is an author of women empowerment books, will have a women’s expo where she will talk and motivate old and young women.

During the last two days of the expo on December 11 and 12 respectively there will be an open forum at Maitisong AV Centre for entertainment industry professionals where they will have a panel discussion with the trio.
