Forest aim to preserve unbeaten run

Log leaders, Forest have accumulated 22 points, one ahead of second placed Rolling Boys.
Letlapeng have 14 points. Forest coach, Murphy Maseko said they have prepared for the game just like any other match and there is no special arrangement for the former Premiership side. He said a lot has changed in the team that competed in the top league, but at the same time they still respect the side. Maseko said the slim difference between them and Boys at times puts players under pressure.
“We played our match against Prisons on Sunday and Boys had won their match the previous day. That meant they led the log and that nearly cost us the match. My players were pushing to get early goals and had to calm them down and advice them to stick to the game plan,” he said. Maseko said it was important for the players to be cautious and avoid rushing things.
He said his approach tomorrow would be more possession going forward and trying to catch their opponents on the counter. He said he does not like balls that go wide as that can be dangerous.
Letlapeng coach, Enos Mmesi admitted that Forest was a tough opponent especially when playing at home.
He said Jabu Phuduhutswana is out with a knock while another defender is out due to red card. Despite that, Mmesi said he did not fear Forest because for one to prove that he was a good coach, he should play against the best.
He had an opportunity to watch Forest play Prisons and said he had come up with a plan to hold them. He said getting a draw against the side would be better.
