Orange�s New Summer Offers To Reward Customers

According to Laura Lefevre, Orange Botswana’s Marketing Offers Lead, the main objectives of the offers are to grow their customer base through new acquisitions as well as to boost their data leadership while at the same time animating their vast portfolio of services.

“The offers are aimed at giving customers value for their money by offering more abundance at affordable prices through affordable handsets, plus a voice and data weekend bonus, service animations as well as Orange Money promotions,” she says.

The offers which will cover a Voice usage promotion for both new and existing customers will see more of Orange customers receiving and benefiting from free cross net airtime, free data and minutes to be used during the weekend.

These offers have also been extended to Orange Money services where customers stand a chance to win airtime, data and Orange Kliff handsets on a weekly basis when they use the Orange Money service; the Orange Money service is available to anyone with a valid identification document.

“We are introducing our customers to the convenience of making financial transactions via Orange Money from their cell phones, customers can enjoy a wide variety of Orange Money services which include: 100% bonus airtime top-up, Money transfer, DSTV, prepaid electricity, insurance premium payment, Orange Money Visa card,” she says. With the new Orange Money offers, customers who open Orange Money accounts and make a deposit of at least P20 will get 100MB free data the following day  to enjoy for 14 days.

In addition, Orange Money is each week giving away P20 on-net airtime to 100 lucky customers who use Orange Money to send money, buy prepaid electricity, pay  DSTV subscriptions, recharge airtime, or use their Orange Money Visa card to swipe or make online purchases.  On top of this, there will be 2 weekly winners of Orange Klif handsets to customers that spend P300 or more on Orange Money services.
