Murder accused soldier granted bail

The state alleges that Kethabanetswe murdered Kgosietsile Zulu Dube on December 6 at Borolong village.

Magistrate Molefhi granted Kethabanetswe bail on conditions that he must bind himself with P 5,000 as well as bring two sureties who shall each bind themselves with P2,500.

Molefhi further stated that the murder accused must appear in Court as and when required to do so and not to interfere with witnesses.

The magistrate further added that Kethabanetswe must not go anywhere near Borolong, outside Francistown. He will appear in court on February 22.

Chakalisa Gunda appeared for the accused while Mpho Kebodiretswe represented the State.
