'We received the report of the alleged rape incident of a four-year-old girl by a 14-year-old boy on Tuesday. The incident allegedly occurred at Tlapalanoga ward in Mogoditshane village. We have, however, referred the matter to a child-friendly office in Broadhurst Police Station to handle the matter,' Mogoditshane Police assistant station commander, assistant superintendent Zachariah Tshenyego said.

He told MmegiOnline that both the suspect and the victim have been taken for medical examination to establish if indeed the alleged rape occurred or not. He explained that they are currently waiting for the results.
