Ministry of Environment, Wildlife and Tourism sponsors Miss Africa

The continental pageant office has previously and publicly asked for sponsorship from the ministry, but it was not fruitful up until recently when the latter agreed to work with them.

Miss Africa founding CEO, Bruce Nkgakile, told Showbiz that they reached an agreement of working together with the ministry starting off with sponsoring the pageant’s trip to Ethiopia.

“They are fully on board, they have since linked us with their organization, Botswana Tourism Organaisation (BTO).

They will be sponsoring us and we will be unveiling areas of collaboration with BTO,” he said.

The Ministry of Environment, Wildlife and Tourism joins a number of sponsors that are assisting the pageant with various necessities.

Meanwhile, Miss Africa Botswana contestants are getting ready for the grand finale, which is on November 7 at Ditshupo Hall.

The contestants are currently undergoing rigorous training.

They recently had a lunch session with Kgosi Mosadi Seboko who had a chat with them and gave them a lecture on various issues.

The Miss Africa team will soon announce hosts for the pageant’s reality show after hosting auditions last week.

They will also reveal the voting mobile voting polls for the presenters and musicians that will perform at the grand finale.
