Moyo a crucial piece of the jigsaw

Moyo’s scoring prowess last season, which saw him net 14times for Orapa United, earned him a Zebras call-up. But the goals have not been coming for the former Extension Gunners frontman.
“He is a very intelligent player and makes good runs. I will continue to support him come what may. He is a very important piece of the jigsaw.
He contributes in many other ways to our style of play,” Butler said.
He added Moyo has a good attitude and that goals would soon come from the diminutive striker.
“He has my support, he has nothing to worry about. Maybe I will offer to do some work for the strikers, but (that’s) difficult as clubs are unwilling to release outside of FIFA windows,” he said.
In the game against Burkina Faso, Moyo missed two gilt-edged opportunities and the crowd had begun to express their displeasure. One opportunity came from a Galabgwe Moyana cross and landed right at the feet of Moyo who fumbled.
After that, Moyo regain composure and his runs off the ball were a marvel to watch as he created space for Joel Mogorosi in particular, to exploit.
Against Eritrea, Moyo again was guilty of wasting opportunities, but was superb overall. He ran at the defence, was prepared to run wide and take shots at goal. However, goals eluded him despite his brilliant play.
Meanwhile, Butler acknowledged Mali would be tough opponents.
“However, we are different from previously. We can change our style of play and have many good young players coming through. The mental approach to this game is vital. But I have a wonderful group and the atmosphere is healthy,” he said.
