Kowa Inducted into Hall of Fame

Kowa together with France Mabiletsa, Andrew Mokoto, Olebile Masire and Ray Molomo were honoured at a ceremony hosted by the Botswana National Sports Commission (BNSC).

Kowa is a former national team goalkeeper and was one of the founders of Mochudi Centre Chiefs. He went on to form another team, Flamengo Desportos which later merged with Gabane Santos to become Unaio Flamengo Santos.

At Santos, Kowa developed some of the best football talents including Mogakolodi Ngele who plays for the South African Premiership side, Mamelodi Sundowns. He has also produced the likes of Bakang Moeng, Vincent Phiri and Godfrey Ngele.
