DJ KSB targets SA collaborations

DJ KSB said he has decided to go solo and that they he was still friends with Jika Jika. “They are still my boys, even though I am no longer a member. We are not fighting,” he said.

The talented artist has just released his latest offering entitled abantubethu featuring Benga Boys from Mpumalanga in South Africa.

DI KSB told Showbiz about his offering, abantubethu that it is just a beginning and more is yet to come. “Abantubethu means our people.

The single is out and it is only a month old,” he said.

The Gaborone West-based DJ said he produced the song and now he is scheduled to work with Kalawa Jazmee and Lingas Entertainment in South Africa. “I am in talks with Maphorisa and Dr Malinga (SA artists) and I will finish my project with them after the Spring Explosion,” he said.

DJ KSB said since he started doing collaborations with South African artists people want to jump in. “For now I am doing singles. I am trying to build a name for myself and a brand before I can release an album,” he highlighted.

DJ KSB further told Showbiz that he reached out to the SA artists because he never limited himself.

“Internet is the best way to reach out to international artists,” he said. He  said his main focus is getting his music beyond the borders by doing international collaborations.

He further indicated that he would stage a single launch during the independence holidays and then tour places like Kalamare and Sowa Town.
