Pinnalead Introduces Leadership Coaching

According to Mosetlhanyane, who is a motivational speaker by profession, she decided to offer the programme after realising that although most leaders have formal education qualifications, they still need leadership training.

“Pinnalead provides leadership content that evokes change in one’s personal and professional life through mastermind training methodology,” she said.  Mosetlhanyane said they currently have three coaches and have been offering training programmes on leadership and personal growth, which has different programme from entry level, middle to executives.“We also provide coaching either on one-on-one basis or group, especially to corporates and give the keynote speaking on leadership. Furthermore, we do personal profiling for individuals,” she explained.  On October 9, 2015, Pinnalead will be bringing the world-renowned leadership expert John Maxwell to Botswana through a simulcast, Live2lead at Avani Hotel and Casino in Gaborone.  Live2lead is a leadership development experience designed to equip attendees with new perspectives and practical leadership tools.

The event will be a live broadcast from the United States of America and other speakers, Microsoft COO Kevin Turner as well as Valorie Burton, will join Maxwell in sharing different knowledge aspects of leadership. According to Mosetlhanyane, attendees will be equipped with skills of implementing principles they learn daily, and also walk away with a leadership package they can use in their daily lives.  “Issues of leadership are synonymous with self-confidence, personal success, growth and experience. Live2lead is a platform to learn how to reach set goals and grow into a force to be reckoned with,” she said.
