On the track, Flo Cater features Motswako lyricist Drama Boi and Juz Beatz. Within a day of release the song had over 10,000 downloads on Datafilehost.com.

Sheila is Flo Carter’s second single after the hit track Swagga Eso. The track, which has a Skhanda rap laid back type of sound was produced by Dee Zone Music Group (DMG) producer, Juz Beatz.

Explaining the concept behind the song, the commercial rapper said the track talks about a female trickster named Sheila who plays with men’s emotions.

“It is also inspired by a traditional game that we used to play when we were children,” he said. The song narrates her tricky stunts she pulls on men.  The stunts include being a heartbreaker and a promiscuous woman.

She admitted that the song is based on personal experiences mixed with what he has also observed.

“It is based on my life experiences and it could also be someone else’s experience. We all have met those tricky girls that can play on one’s emotions while you have invested your feelings in them,” he said.

Flo Carter stated that he did not want to sound bitter or make Sheila a heartbreak song. The track sounds like a contest of rappers with all dropping hardcore Motswako punchlines with Drama Boi on his usual signature style of playing around with lyrics.

Upon hearing the beat of the song Flo Carter said: “I was like, it needs a wordplay and that’s what Drama Boi is good at.  I felt he was the relevant guy on this one”.

Sheila has been widely accepted by a number of listeners, especially the social network audience that has downloaded the track in droves.
