Orange Opens New Shop At Railpark Mall

The new shop which is located at Shop number G37 at Railpark Mall is bigger, thus offering customers a better overall shopping experience. The shop is located next to the Spar entry/exit.

According to Boga Chilinde-Masebu PR and Foundation Manager, Orange, the new shop is a fully fledged service centre providing all Orange products and services. Customers can carry out sim-card replacements, Orange Money transactions, devices and airtime purchases, purchases of home internet services and signing of post-paid contracts. This new spacious shop comes as a consolidation of the Orange shop formerly located at Gaborone Station Market Plaza and Camphill shop previously located near Gaborone bus rank. 

“We have closed our Gaborone Station and Camphill shops and relocated them to the Railpark Mall. The Camphill offices will now only service customers who need services from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) help  desk. Railpark is one of Botswana’s busiest malls, and we hope that this relocation and opening of the new shop will attract the many customers who frequent this shopping mall,” she said.

It is hoped that with this new bigger and easily accessible shop, Orange customers in and around Railpark Mall will fully utilise the services brought to them by Orange. Just last week, the organisation launched its new range of fixed offers for homes and businesses, Orange Konnecta. “Konnecta” is a high-speed broadband internet and calling service.

It is a plug and play solution that works using a portable modem, which connects to Orange’s 4G and 3G network - enabling even more customers to benefit from the 4G revolution.
