The Saga hitmaker who was performing in Botswana for the first time went on stage at around 1:00 am.

Prior to his performance a number of revellers shouted his name in excitement, which hyped him up.

He started off his performance singing the chorus of DJ Milkshake’s My Own as revellers sang along to the hip hop track.

He then moved on to perform more choruses and single verses of tracks such as Special Somebody, Ghetto and Yaya.

A number of revellers started making their way to the stage, to join Anatii, but bouncers with tasers tried to stop them.

Anatii, however, came to his fans’ rescue and stopped the bouncers from doing so. As revellers started to enjoy his act, Anatii performed his latest single The Saga, after which he left the stage, leaving his fans confused and disappointed.

The fans were left wondering if that was his real performance or just an introductory act where he would return for the actual showing.

Revellers waited to no avail.

They noticed that he was not returning for another act.

Apart from Anatii who was the main performer there was a packed lineup of local acts such as Chub Heightz, Groovy Souls, Jiggy Flava ent and DJ Gouviea.

Host T.H.A.B.O kept the revellers entertained with his experienced skills on the microphone.

The event utilised Dros’ lower and upper levels. Music lovers were spoilt for choice as artists performed simultaneously in the different venues, giving revellers the opportunity to move between the two levels.

The event was packed to the rafters and was dubbed DJ Unanimous 1’s ‘Up, Down Birthday Party’.

The disc jockey was celebrating his 26th birthday.
