Molale unleashes the village boy in him

Eric Molale does a Coming Soon

Like a typical village boy he goes with nicknames that are often echoed on the stage. They call him Baptista, Charmaboy, Hardrock, among others.

On Saturday on the day he was officially launched at a packed Pitshane Molopo freedom square, Molale performed dance stunts alongside that acrobatic dancer of Vee Mampeezy crew known as Coming Soon.

As he danced to the tune of Vee’s Taku-Taku, Hardrock, as he is affectionately known, stylishly threw off his red cap into the air and grabbed it with his teeth mid-air and displayed the trick to throw it back onto his head with graceful movement, much to the delight of the cheering crowd.

He would moments later showcase his traditional poetry skills as he pieced together some deep poetic lines to charm his audience. He even sang.

He performed a few lines dedicated to his party, Domkgrag. The previous week, Molale lightened up the stage as he danced with Charma Gal in Pitsane, before jokingly declaring that together with Charma Gal they come a long way and that the name Hardrock in her hit song actually refers to him.
