Orange launches new e-billing facility

The Poso Online platform offers an electronic billing facility for  Orange Post-paid customers, giving them access to their account information at their fingertips. The system offers a number of benefits, which are geared towards customer convenience.

*Customers will be able to receive their monthly bills in a timely manner

*Customers will now be able track their monthly statements

*The service will allow customers to  access and pay their online bills anywhere anytime 24/7 (where there is a stable internet connection)

*Above all Customers can do all this in the comfort of their homes or offices without the hassle of long queues.

According to Orange PR and Foundation Manager, Boga Chilinde-Masebu Orange Botswana is the first and only mobile network provider offering this service.

The e-billing facility is just one of the many cutting edge innovations from Orange which are aimed at making the lives of the customer easy. Last  year, Orange launched a  self-help mobile application, developed for their prepaid customers. The application, which is called Orange Yame or My Orange, allows prepaid customers to manage their accounts on the go.

Customers can easily check their balances, recharge their accounts, search for available  services on Orange and select any services to subscribe to.

“We continuously push our limits in ensuring that customers enjoy the possible best service on our network. This Mobile application, is the first of its kind in Botswana and it gives customers the liberty to  monitor their airtime and data bundles usage. The application further allows customers to send feedback on our current solutions or offers, making it easy for us to quickly respond to their needs,” she said in closing.
