Club spokesperson, Clifford Mogomotsi said the general membership will be briefed on the current situation with their partners. The club formed a trust two years ago to run the affairs of the club.

“We also looked for partners because running the club as a society was not working for us and we partnered with a company called Ribbon Investments. So we are going to brief our members as to how this partnership is doing,” Mogomotsi said.

The company is 60 percent owned by the Jamali family while the trust owns 10 percent shares. Club chairperson, Ernest Molome also owns 10 percent while Maclean Letshwiti owns the remaining 20 percent. “This is the time to update them on any changes regarding the partnership. I cannot reveal now what changes have taken place before we can brief the members at the meeting,” he said.

Meanwhile, Township Rollers have announced former Letlapeng chairperson, Sidney Magagane as the new general manager. His arrival follows the relegation of his former club, Letlapeng from the Premier League.
