Orange Klif country tour starts

The phone was launched in the presence of Vice President Mokgweetsi Masisi at this year’s World tele-communications and world information society Day (WITSD) in Gantsi in May.

The seven towns tour starts with Jwaneng today, before moving to Gantsi the following day. The tour would then proceed to Maun, Francistown, Selebi-Phikwe, Serowe and Palapye

Orange Marketing Manager, Mosarwa Molema says the tour comes at a time when the smartphone’s market performance is impressive, causing his company to order more stock to quench the high appetite for the smart-phone manufactured by Mozila Firefox.

“We are excited to be launching the first ever shop tour named the Orange Klif Tour. The objectives of this tour are to take the brand to the people outside of Gaborone to increase proximity with the out station shops and their relevant clientele base”, Molema adds.

The Orange Botswana Marketing Manager says they also plan to promote current key Orange products and services, stimulate related business and sensitise Orange customers on the arrival of new technologies such as 4G.

He added that an activation team will be active in the locations, in conjunction with the Orange Commandos deployed countrywide.

Through this tour the public will also enjoy exclusive access to – Vee and the Black Money Makers team, and  the Mozilla Fox team who will also be on  tour.

Molema says his team and  artists will walk the streets of the targetted  locations supported by the local shops to surprise Orange vendors, customers and potential clientele to create a “feel good” aspect to the tour. The tour ends on July 3.
