Battle of champions postponed again

The match was supposed to have been played on Saturday, but was postponed to today as GU had more than three players in the Under-23 team which played Kenya over the weekend.
But due to the Under-23 team’s delayed arrival, the match has been moved to tomorrow night.
The Under-23 side lost 4-1 to Kenya in an All Africa Games qualifier, but progressed on away goals rule after winning the first leg 3-0. Chiefs would, meanwhile, look to put gloss to their title success when they play fourth placed GU.
Chiefs are six points clear of second place Orapa United while GU could only finish fourth after Township Rollers beat FC Satmos to consolidate third spot.
Meanwhile, the battle at the bottom was whittled to two after Motlakase Power Dynamos ensured their stay with a 3-2 win over Notwane. It would be a last day battle between FC Satmos and Notwane that would determine who joins the already demoted Letlapeng and ECCO City Greens. Notwane need a point while only three points will save Satmos’ skin.
