Nanogang CJSS Rewards Excellence

Nanogang recognised the nine students who got 9 A’s last year and the students are now doing Form Four.

During the victory party on Friday themed “Awarding Academic Excellence, Key to an Educated and Informed Nation”, the director of Fair Price Group of Companies Mazhar Amin said Nanogang had made its mark as a shining star because of the collective efforts from teachers, parents and students.

“We are happy to honour an institution such as yours which has become a hallmark of excellence,” he said. Amin told the awarded students to devote themselves to what they are truly passionate towards. He said instead of chasing success only, the students should chase excellence and automatically success would follow. “Winners today, you should move forward, you have demonstrated that nothing can hold us back, we need to accept challenges and continuously move forward,” he told the students.

Amin also announced that his company had donated 5 computers to Nanogang CJSS. Lifestyle Events, Lerotse Catering, Senn Foods, Kwality Meat, Branz Unlimited, Limkomkwing University, and Universal Builders sponsored the victory party. The performer on the day was folklore genius Ntirelang Berman. Among the guests of honour was the Member of Parliament for Gaborone South and Deputy Speaker of the national assembly, Kagiso Molatlhegi.
