Radipotsane helped Galaxy to the top flight after joining from Motlakase Power Dynamos last season.

Speculation has been rife over Radipotsane’s future at the club but chairperson, Njabulo Gilika said the former Jwaneng Comets coach remains their mentor.

“There is no vacancy at Jwaneng Galaxy as far as the technical team is concerned. It is in full compliment,” he said.

He said they have no intention of bringing another coach as they are fully satisfied with their coach. These follows rumours linking former Township Rollers coach, Madinda Ndlovu with the club.

“I am hearing it for the first time. There is no truth in those rumours since all coaching vacancies are filled here,” he said.

Gilika said they have taken a break after wrapping up their promotion and will await Radipotsane and his technical team members regarding new squad additions if necessary.

“The technical team will submit their plan for next season after the break,” he explained.

Galaxy boasts a squad with several key players who have tasted Premier League football before, among them; Boitumelo Mafoko, Musa Ohilwe, Thebe Maiketso, Tebogo Sosome and Kenanao Kgetholetsile.

“The transfer window as you know is not yet open and players are contracted to their clubs.

Therefore we cannot talk to players belonging to other clubs at this moment even if the technical team had provided us with their wish list,” he added.

Meanwhile, Gilika said they are yet to find a suitable date for their planned retreat with renowned football administrator, Ashford Mamelodi.

The idea is for Mamelodi to help them strategise ahead of their arrival in the elite league. The event was initially scheduled for the end of last month, but was postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
