Ketshogile is alleged to have had sexual intercourse with the complainant in 2011 while the complainant at the time was 15 years old and doing her Form Two at Mmaphula Junior Secondary School (JSS) in Palapye.
The politician was 28 at the time. According to the charge sheet, Ketshogile picked the complainant in his car at Mmaphula JSS after school and he drove to a nearby bush where the duo romped in the car. It is also alleged that he returned to pick the girl again from her house in the evening near Thogo Ya Monna shopping complex and went to a nearby bush for yet another round of sex in the bush.
He then disappeared with the girl for two days, prompting a police search for the minor, only to surface and barf it all, resulting the police laying charges of molestation against Ketshogile, following medical examination report on the state of the minor.
Motsamai told the court that the accused person should appear before court on 22 May, when she will be making a ruling on whether the accused person has a case to answer or not.
