Galaxy booked their Premier League spot with a 2-0 victory over Tlokweng side, Black Peril in Molepolole on Saturday.

The same day in Mahalapye, Miscellaneous also sealed their promotion with a 3-2 win over Mahalapye Hotspurs after spending just one season in the lower division. Miscellaneous still have two games to play before they wrap up their season. Galaxy, on the other hand, are remaining with one game.

Meanwhile, the battle for a place in the Promotional Play-offs is heading for an interesting phase after the weekend games.

In the First Division South; three teams, Mogoditshane Fighters, Black Forest and Uniao Flamengo Santos are still in the race to finish second behind Jwaneng Galaxy. Modipane United are out of the race after their 3-0 loss to Sharps Electrical on Saturday. Santos beat Prisons XI to retain their second position.

Black Forest were also ruthless, winning 6-1 against relegated side, Gantsi Terrors. Fighters’ match against Lesirane City was postponed on Saturday because of a waterlogged ground. Both Fighters and Santos will still play against each other in the last game of the season. In the First Division North, Green Lovers, Hotspurs, Kazungula Young Fighters and TAFIC are also still battling for a place in the Play-offs.
