Chartered accountant dumps books for Bogosi

A statement from the family confirms that Kgosi Moapare IV is a qualified Chartered Accountant currently holding the portfolio of Deputy CEO – Client Services at the Local Enterprise Authority (LEA). He joined LEA in 2007 as Director - Corporate Services and was later appointed Deputy CEO – Support Services. He currently has assumed a new role within LEA as Deputy CEO – Client Services.

Since he began his career as a qualified accountant in the 1990’s, he has held other positions of high responsibility in the private sector:- Financial Controller at then Botswana Telecommunications Corporation (now BTCL), Director of Finance at then Botswana Telecommunications Authority (now BOCCRA). 

Kgosi Moapare IV sits in the Board at Air Botswana as Vice Chairperson. He sits in Risk and Audit Committee with the National Development Bank in Botswana and sits in the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants Practice Review Committee. He is the ACCA Ambassador in Botswana, says the family statement.
