Orange Announces New Application

The new innovative “Orange Yame” application allows Orange customers to check their credit balances, recharge accounts and manage their products or services subscriptions to Orange.

The application offers customers free access to their personal mobile account allowing seamless account management at their fingertips;

*Customers can view a breakdown of their usage at any time. This applies to airtime data bundles and Orange Money services.

*Customers are also able to keep an eye on what they spend and check their bills and payments

*In terms of subscriber options, customers can simply view and manage their current options for services and offers. This allows customers to subscribe or unsubscribe to Orange offers of their choice much quicker.

Customers can do all this at the convenience of their  homes or offices. The application will also keep customers updated on the latest promotions, offers and services from Orange.

Accessing Orange Yame

The Orange Yame application is available on Android, is GPS-enabled and comes with a map that enables customers to locate Orange and Orange Dealer shops across the country.

Using this application is free of charge, however customers are only charged for data when they download the actual application into their phones.
