The epic party featured a stellar line-up of artists including; DJ Crispin the drummer, DJ Izzy, DJ King, NT Base: As well as performances from Dramaboi, Team Distant, ATI, Vee Mampeezy and South Africa’s Black Motion. The party animals arrived with stocked-up cooler boxes; and threw caution to the wind, lolling and dancing the night away on the dusty softball ground where the party was held.

The host T.H.A.B.O set the ball rolling with his top-notch stage presence.

Dj’s then took turns in front of an entranced crowd while the artists delivered electrifying performances. Both the artists and audience alike revered the experience.

The Homecoming produced a feast for the eyes, ears and stomping feet as shout and screams pierced through the night.

As the party went on, some sought comfort on the dusty ground and creaged a bed right in the middle of the crowd. Apparently, the revellers did not mind a stiff neck or other body aches the following day.

Although the fun occasionally got out of thanks to some reckless behaviour, security was always near to extinguish out the ‘fires’.

The Student Representative Council (SRC) president, also part of the organising team, Enoch Government confirmed the show was held under tight security.

“Security-wise we did not want to compromise anything. We had made sure we secured everything and successfully so.

“We have no incidents reported thus far. The school was not vandalised, and people left without complaints. “We can boldly declare that nothing untoward happened and the event was successful beyond our expectations,” said Government
