Motswafere returns with Paralle

The popstar, who has not released any musical material in almost two years, told Showbiz that Paralle would mark his return and pave way for his new music.

Paralle is the melody that Motswafere makes in the song.

The starlet said the new single tells a story of a child who appreciates a mother’s love.  “It is a celebration of a mother figure in one’s life. It tells a story of how a child appreciates a mother’s love,” he said.

He further said that his mother and everyone who played a motherly role in his life inspired the song.

The artist who is signed by Off Campus Events worked with producer Kollen Mashumba on the track. Motswafere has used a live band on the track.

He said Paralle is a transition from his old pop sound to something more mature.

“I hope my fans will appreciate it, some may not understand the change.  But I am still the same person with a much more experienced vision and direction to move forward,” Motswafere said.

The Boys In Heels Singer says he is still contemplating on releasing an album this year, but he is looking forward to working with Helen Dikobe, Punah Gabaisane and Shanti Lo.

The musician said his new track will be a free download on different social networks such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

Motswafere recently launched a campaign called Support Local Music, which aims to support and grow local music.

His last single was Boys In Heels, which he released two years ago. The musician came into the limelight after he participated in the music reality TV show My Star, alongside musicians Peach and Amantle who have also released their own works.
