Mdu Tha Party leaves Yarona FM

The radio personality dropped a bombshell when he posted on his social network accounts that he was leaving the station without stating his reasons, a move that left listeners wondering. The former Flight Six 2 10 breakfast show host has told Showbiz that he left the station to pursue personal interests.
The 23-year-old has established an events management company called Team Out Of Order, which consists of a number of DJs and photographers such as Bakito, Strictly House Bound and Senepe photographers.
“I believe I have played my part on radio starting on one of the weakest slots hosting the breakfast show with legends such as Phenyo Moroka. Now it is time I ventured into something else, which is promoting events,” he said. Mdu Tha Party said his passion for hosting and promoting events is one of the major reasons why he decided to leave radio.
He believes that Team Out Of Order’s creativity will make a benchmark in the country’s entertainment industry.
He said he wants to raise the bar on events management and promotions.
“I have attended a lot of events and I noticed that they lack creativity therefore I want to make a difference and bring exciting events,” he said.
Mdu Tha Party and his team have previously hosted a number of sold-out events around Gaborone. They recently hosted the Play Fest at Gaborone Club, which was a success.
He has a number of events lined up this year, including one, which will be in Mafikeng, South Africa on April.
