Molefhe had a perfect start to his Chiefs’ career after signing from Santos, featuring in the opening five fixtures of the season. But he has since fallen out of the pecking order to the bench.

Sources at the club claim relations between Sithole and the talented player have gone sour.

However, the Zambian coach,  denied the reports, saying he spoke to the player to iron out issues on Wednesday and all is well.

“I had a chat with the player yesterday (Wednesday) and we are fine. He seemed happy. I have no differences with any of my players and we are all happy. Why should people create such stories?” Sithole queried.

He believes people are trying to destabilise Chiefs by spreading rumours of bad blood between him and the player.

“Why are people not asking why Mara (Kekaetswe Moloi) or (Bonolo) Fraizer are not playing?

It depends on the game we are playing and which player is best to play against that team.

“I have 29 players that are eligible for selection and all have to have a chance to play,” added the former GU and Township Rollers mentor.

He admitted that the reports were not news to him after being shown something similar on social networks.

“Someone showed something like that to me on social networks after the game against Rollers, but it is false.

People are just trying to create an issue which is not existent.

The boy is still young and has a long way to go and also a lot to learn.

Look, Raphael (Nthwane) was playing but now he is not. Now why are they not talking about it?”Sithole said.

Efforts to get a comment from Molefhe were fruitless as his phone rang unanswered several times.
