The two expressed their readiness to do duty in the top of the table Premier League duel.

Both Koko and Moloi have played several high pressure matches involving the two sides and have said their teammates do not extra motivation for the battle.

Koko has played for both sides and knows the excitement and the tension that comes ahead of meetings between the two rivals. “We are highly motivated for this game. We all know that all eyes will be on us as players to do well.

We do not need anyone to motivate us. It is game which if you do well, you can actually make a name for yourself as a player,” Koko told Mmegi Sport yesterday.

He said while there is usually pressure, it worse for those playing in the derby for the first time. “After one or two games between the two, there is no pressure at all. Everyone looks forward to the game,” he added. Koko missed the two sides’ clash in the first round where Rollers won 1-0.

Moloi said his teammates are ready for tomorrow’s game following their victory over BDF XI last Saturday.

“This is a big game no doubt. Everyone looks forward to this game in the calendar once the fixtures are released at the beginning of the season.

Everyone wants to be part of the game and coaches usually do little in preparing for the game because players motivate themselves,” he explained. Moloi said going into the game as underdogs have reduced pressure on them.

He expects an entertaining 90 minutes of football. “The two teams have the cream of Botswana football as far as quality players are concerned and whoever gets the right decisions on the day will come tops.

I hope it will be a good game for the crowd,” he said. During the first leg encounter, Moloi was a thorn in the Rollers defence, especially to left back, Otlantshekela Mooketsi.

The Chiefs’ captain is expected to play a big role once again tomorrow. “All we need as players is to do our best to show that there is quality football in Botswana,” he added.
