In a statement issued yesterday, LSB said that this is subsequent to its sole proprietor, Shame Taimu’s unknown whereabouts and abandonment of the firm. “The appointed caretakers have been entrusted with operating the Trust Account(s) as would otherwise have been operated by Taimu if present. In addition, they are to file their interim report with Michael Motlhabi of the High Court on or before the return date and thereafter give periodic reports to the LSB Council monthly or as required by the Council”.

The LSB and the said curators bonii shall be preferred creditors of the Trust Account(s) and costs of the curatorship and curators associated with the matter be paid ahead of any other from the Trust Account, said the statement.
