When deciding on costs of the case, Judge Leburu felt the matter was so light even a small team would still have buried the Domkgrag and Attorney General lawyers.
So convinced about the matter was the judge and his panel of two other judges (Justice Walia and Justice Tau) that he denied the rest of the heavy contingent of defence lawyers the opportunity to claim costs of the case, limiting the claim to only two lawyers per team.
The High Court judge, despite voicing that he was convinced the Domkgrag and Government had a weak case, did not proceed to award punitive costs against the Domkgrag and Government though, instead he awarded the costs on ordinary scale.
