Govt Develops Human Capital

Secretary for Finance and economic policy, Taufila Nyamadzabo, says this is part of government’s efforts   to invest in human capital development as a strategy for promoting sustainable economic growth. This practice is designed to provide experience in a professional work setting during which the student applies and acquires knowledge and skills, said Nyamadzabo at the Budget Pitso held in Gaborone last week.

In addition, government in partnership with the private sector will continue to foster the development of art, sports and culture to nurture various skills that also have the potential to contribute to economic development and diversification.
