Culture Spears will launch their fifth album Kulance in the two cities, and will have the visiting musician perform at both events as a supporting act.  Jah Prayzah has a fresh collaboration with Charma Girl and the two will perform a song called Dali Wangu together at Kagisong Hall on August 1 and at BOCCIM Hall in Francistown.

“It’s quite exciting to have Jah Prayzah come through, we already have a relationship with him and this goes on to cement it,” Kabelo Mogwe of Culture Spears told Showbiz.

He said they would also use his visit to plan for their Zimbabwe launch. “Jah Prayzah’s relationship with us enables us to also go there and do the same,” he said.

The album Kulanche was released in May this year and is seen as different from the previous four albums in terms of the number of tracks.

It was customary for Culture Spears to do six-track albums, but Kulanche contains eight songs.
Kulanche’s track list includes the title track, Ragele, Chumu, Njoroma, Magosi, Mekgolokwane, Pitso e kgolo and Tshasa.

Mogwe said the launch is likely to help the fans dcide for themselves if talk that the group is falling apart is true or not. Recent media reports state that some principal members of the group do not see eye to eye.

“People must come and witness for themselves if that talk is true at all. We are going all out on this one and we want to show the nation that all is well within Culture Spears,” he said.

Eke Ntolo will also feature at the launch alongside Mantshwabisi, Chase and newcomer Pheluza.
