Vee collaborates with Casper Nyovest

The pint sized newly wed surprised the crowd on Friday when he jumped on stage to sample the song he had just recorded with Casper Nyovest. The ‘Eita’ hit maker has since told The Monitor that his album will be released early August.

“The album will be titled ‘Supernatural Volume 2’. We are just adding the final touches then we are ready to go, the album should be expected to drop sometime end of July or early August,” he said. When asked why he chose the Mafikeng born Casper Nyovest to feature in his song Vee said that he and the ‘Doc Shebeleza’ singer have been friends for some time. He said that the two have always fancied working together.

“Casper and I have been friends even way before the fame, we go a long way really it was only inevitable that we work together. We recorded a song together some time back, but it did not work out then,” said Vee.

Vee also revealed to The Monitor that the video of the song would be made sometime next week in South Africa. He further said that the video, once complete will be aired on Channel O.

Twenty-four year-old Casper Nyovest was in the country this weekend. He performed at a show in Gaborone just a day after releasing his latest single ‘Phumakim’. Casper will also feature at the much publicised Hip Hop event of the year, slated for August 2, dubbed ‘I Love Hip Hop’. Apart from Casper Nyovest the event will also feature ‘Congratulate’ singer AKA, local hip hop sensation Sasa Klaas, Noello and ATI.
