Regus unveils next generation office set-up

Speaking during a media tour of their offices, Country Manager, Nuno Condinho said the firm offers a convenient one-stop business solution, where they present fully furnished office space for rent at affordable prices.

Their offices are currently located in the heart of the Central Business District (CBD) at the iTowers. Regus has 42 offices with 10 located on the ground floor and 32 on the first floor.

Already, the firm has four full-time tenants being Best Cords, Queiroz Galvao Construcao, Magnum Photos and Ngwao-Setso Communications. The new real estate player also has “day-in” clients.

“We free companies from long-term commitment, allowing you to be agile, explore new markets without risk and take advantage of the new ways of working,” Regus Botswana General Manager, Kgomotso Maphane explained.

Condinho added: “One can rent a professional office space hourly, per day or for weeks, months or years.

“We also have three categories of cards, the Gold, the Platinum card and a Platinum Plus card.

“The Platinum Plus whose duration starts from six months onwards, has a private office space, access to the business lounge and free coffee and tea while the Platinum one includes a campus office, business lounge and coffee.”

Condinho said Africa was an interesting market to invest in, as Regus now operates in 18 African countries having opened their last in Namibia last year. New roots are set to be planted in Mozambique next month.

Worldwide Regus has 2,000 locations with offices in America, Europe, Asia, as well as Africa.

The firm’s international clientele includes mega-corporations such as Google, Twitter and Nokia.

“Our next destination is to open convenient offices in airports, railways, and roadsides as a way of bringing the business to the people,” he said.
