The two parties applied for a postponement after a meeting before the matter was heard yesterday.

They agreed that both the points in limine and the merits be argued in the same sitting.

Tefo Sibanda appears for the applicants, while Kgosietsile Ngakaagae is representing the club. The two parties will file additional heads of arguments for the merits of the case simultaneously not later than June 26.

The applicants are seeking to reverse the privatisation of the club following the awarding of shares to Somerset Gobuiwang and businessman, Jagdish Shah.

The duo own 40 percent shares at Township Holdings, the company which runs the club. The remaining 20 percent have been reserved for the supporters. The applicants argue that proper procedures were not followed in the privatisation process. The case has been dragging on since last year.
