Physical and mental capacity of the learner is greatly influenced and developed by the efficacy and professional prowess of the teacher whilst interacting with the learner during the learning. Without a teacher human development process would be a task too insurmoutable to attain.
To the learner, an effective teacher with good interactive skills and techniques of teaching influences and motivates the mind of a learner. To the learner a teacher becomes a good role model whom the students envy and even start to emulate his/her mannerisms, character and lifestyle, developing self confidence and understanding, based on how a teacher applies and articulates issues of learning.
Yes teachers are indeed role models to learners because the learners who follow the teachers instructions of best learning practices and study techniques ultimately succeed in passing their examinations and in graduating from various courses of the levels of their studies effective from primary, secondary and up to tertiary institutions.
Parents whose children are best performers are always happy and eager to attend one of the school’s annual events such as prize giving ceremonies to observe and witness their hard working and good performing children snatch learning prizes pertaining to various subjects taught in the school.
My beloved students, learning is also a competitive process between students to influence excellence in learning. Your teachers are living examples of achievers in the learning process.
They are qualified professionals who possess professional certificates as evidence of successful learning. The educational road map they follow in advancing learning to you is geared towards developing you, the student, to also achieve excellence in learning and to succeed in becoming a world class renowned professional or world expert.
It starts from lessons taught to you by the teachers. Follow the learning instructions they give to guide your learning. The ball is in your court. Study!!! Study!!! Study!!! And Learn!!! Learn!!! Learn!!!. And also Read!!! Read!!! Read!!! Knowledge is power.
With acquired good knowledge you can positively influence the world developmental events to help direction of good living standards and best practices. It starts with learning from the teacher. I believe you all agree with me a teacher a powerful professional who greatly facilitate and influences learning.
The learners who succeed in various levels of learning up to tertiary become products of the teachers with sharp minds good knowledge and skills.
Experts who develop innovative systems and technologies which benefit nations across the world and make the world a better place to live in are products of teachers. Students, you stand that opportunity because the nation has invested heavy financial resources and developing learning infrastructure to create a conducive environment for learning.
