Stanbic promotes home ownership with BHC

The yearlong campaign targets customers currently renting BHC houses who wish to purchase those homes. Stanbic Bank Botswana will participate as financiers in the campaign, with financing extended to the sitting in tenant as well as their nuclear family, thus allowing for increased affordability.
The campaign runs until March 2015 and targets a total of 1,528 BHC properties across Botswana.New Business Manager, Secured Lending, Lawrence Ntshabele at Stanbic Bank Botswana stated that there is no reason why every Motswana cannot realise this dream of home ownership.
'This is precisely why we want to empower our customers with: being able to make that dream of home ownership come true,' he said.
As part of the campaign, financing through Stanbic Bank offers benefits such as a free valuation report, 90% finance, agreement in principle on site, consolidation of existing debts and structural and life insurance at competitive rates.
Stanbic Bank Home Loans falls under the purview of the Bank's Secured Lending division. Since opening its doors to customers in 1992, Stanbic Bank says it has facilitated many home loans over the years.
The Bank offers a simplified process of buying, building or improving one's home through a number of options to make the process of house hunting and buying easier.
