Black Forest chairperson, Mompati Ditiro accused the committee of altering match sheets, which contained evidence that the promoted Letlapeng used Nelson Sibanda though he is unregistered. Black Forest argue that Sibanda who was used against them last September, was not properly registered.

The club claims the player used some one else’s registration book. The First Division committee heard the case and rule in favour of Letlapeng.

But Ditiro said the committee was biased during the hearing and that is why they decided to appeal.

“They thought that they had destroyed everything but we managed to find out something that they did not pick up.

We are ready to present all that to the DC. Letlapeng has a case to answer and we are sure they will be found guilty,” he said.

Ditiro said the behaviour of the First Division committee is shocking. He said Letlapeng has two members in the committee and one of them was involved in Sibanda’s transfer.

Letlapeng chairperson, Sydney Magagane said he was not in position to comment on the matter as he is in the committee.

If Letlapeng is found guilty and docked three points, they will drop to second spot and Rolling Boys will be tops.

The top team in the competition automatically qualifies for the Premier League as First Division champions while the runners-up try their luck in the promotion play-offs.

Rolling Boys have already been outwitted by BR Highlanders in the race to qualify for the Premier League through the play-offs.
