The founder of Swaneng, Brigades, and Mmegi honoured

The delegation of former students was led by Tsetsele Fantan, the Association’s secretary. Van Rensburg was accompanied by Liz, his wife and son, Mothusi. 

Receiving the present on behalf of the family, Liz van Rensburg, who started Swaneng with her husband had this to say: “I regret that I was unable to attend the 50th Anniversary celebrations, but it was as well, because I’d have shed a lot of tears!

I am told that your association is hardly a year old, and we as a family are impressed by the amount of energy you have put in all these.

We are old now, but I am happy to say that we are confident that the work we started will live on”.
