NDB House worker dies after fall

“The man was employed by a company we had contracted to install bird deterrent systems at the top of the building,” Nyatshane told Mmegi late afternoon.

“For now, we believe the incident was an accident but investigations are going on. After his fall, he was quickly rushed to Princess Marina Hospital where we were updated on his condition between 2-3pm. In the evening, we were informed that he had passed away,” he said.

It is understood the victim, whose name is yet to be made public broke his legs and had internal bleeding after the fall. He however, had no cranial injuries.

Efforts to secure a comment from the man’s employer, Sysrock Investments, were fruitless by press time.
