The proud parents who sat upfront and close the ramp came alive with excitement and clapped when their daughter’s designs were paraded. The elderly couple left sometime after their daughter’s showcase was completed. Lebo’s designs were a formal showcase with a bit of edge and sophistication combined.

In total the evening had ten local and international designers who literally brought alive  glitz and glamour with their works. Mozambican designer Taibo Baca’s range had a wow effect on the audience with his exquisite designs that stood out because of the details that gave the outfits a glamorous finish.

Local designer couple of Black Trash maintained their signature of zips in their outfits while Mothusi Lesolle of Izaura made his mark with some daring lace numbers. Other designers who were present and stamped a mark with their lines include Craig Jacobs of Fundudzi, Hangwani Nengovhela of Rubicon,Thabiso Dibeela of Thabie D and Kaone Moremong of House of Kay.
