In fact Motlalekgosi lives and breathes beauty; being the owner and manager of Immaculate Beauty, an image consultancy that trains beauty contestants clients in the corporate world on culture wardrobe, as well as imparting etiquette upon those searching for jobs.

“We train them on how to answer interview questions, how to dress for interviews, body language, among others,” she says.

There is also an element of beauty and style concentration at another company she runs and owns. The Bridal Empire, the one stop wedding shop,  specialises in decor, selling wedding gowns, suits, bridemaids dresses, cakes, catering and  flowers. “The idea is to make it easy for brides, they just give us their budget and we plan the wedding”.

In fact she is busy this Easter with all things weddings: “I have orders for weddings after Easter, “I will be working. I am also working on a financial seminar for women to be held at the end of May,”

She still has that Miss Botswana queen charity heart she exercised as the queen during her reign.

Whatever, Motlalekgosi today also runs Boi’s Helping Hand Trust, which among others supports children at the Gamodubu Child Care Centre with school fees, uniforms, as well as hosting their Christmas parties.

Last year the Boi’s Helping Hand Trust started working with the prisons department, to assist women in prisons with toiletries and other essentials. “The idea is to get them ready for societal interaction when they are released. We hope this project will be successful,” emphasizes Motlalekgosi.

Perhaps Motlalekgosi’s reward for her looks, hard work and talent were realised  when she successfully auditioned for a television programme, a lifestyle show that she presents on Btv.

The series is currently preparing for Season Two, expected to air soon.

“I love tv, because through it we are able to change lives, I am still at the stage of conseptualising another  television show,” she says.

But she says she also has an eye on radio and tells The Monitor she would jump at the opportunity to host her own radio show.

“Oh radio, please give me a slot! I generally like interacting with people, and making a difference, through radio my voice will be heard”.

Although she appears to be a busy bee Motlalekgosi boldy states that she  makes time for herself, family and friends.

“Last year I Iost my mum, so I spend a lot of time at home with my dad and two cousins, they are like my little brothers”.
