Detour fashion to showcase winter range

Lesotlho said the line she has put together for the show for her winter range, a deliberate move to target the approaching season. She said that the designs to be showcased are ready-to-wear that people can relate to.
“The clothes are simple, but have a bit of personality to them. I want something that people can be able to wear off the ramp,” she said.
Furthermore, the designer revealed that in addition to the winter range she would also be showcasing a bridal range, which she says will be done exhibition style. She said that she has put a lot of effort into the bridal range because she wants to showcase only the best. Lesotlho revealed that at the moment all her energy is focused on preparing for the show. She said that although it is hectic she believes she will be ready for Saturday’s display.
Lesotlho revealed that being an upcoming designer is challenging because there are no fashion buyers in Botswana. She said that she is working on developing an online boutique to expand her scope and go beyond borders.
