St Louis Export honours Under�40 winners

The Top 40, Under-40 is an initiative by St Louis Export that was launched in 2013 to honour people who are considered as catalysts of change within their industries and communities.

The winning lot was honoured with pins and certificates in recognition of their works.

Speaking at the event, KBL Managing Director Sesupo Wagamang said that the nominees are what they believe St Louis Export consumers to resonate with which is inspirational, driven and passionate. 

Wagamang gave credit to the nominees for being community builders and said that members of the public for having pushed for some positive changes in their communities and inspiring Batswana in general elected them. 

He further said that the Top 40, Under-40 platform strives to unearth Botswana’s catalysts and heroes in-the-making by recognising their talents and achievements.   He said the winners were also recognised for working towards shaping the next generation of catalysts in the country.

From the awarding, three of the finalists received a judge’s award which is an honour given to them for the most outstanding contribution in their fields. 

These were Shanti Lo, Zeus and Monametsi Kalayamotho.  Some of the finalists include Tumie Ramsden, actress Lerato Motshwarakgole, model Kaone Kario, poets TJ Dema and Andreattah Chuma, actor Donald Molosi, writer Siyanda Mohutsiwa and clothing brand Mafia Soul’s owner Molefi Nkwete.
