Ministry dismisses miracle soap

'The Ministry of Health is extremely alarmed by the alleged misleading claims.  The public is urged to ignore such claims as there is currently no none vaccine against HIV/AIDS infection.

 The Ministry further reminds the public to adhere to safe sex practices; consistent use of condoms and attitude change towards sexual behavior'. 

Government has also put in place programmes to prevent and manage HIV/AIDs infection namely:-

The Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT)

The Safe Male Circumcision (SMC) to reduce the transmission of the virus

The provision of Anti-Retroviral Drugs (ARVs) and The Prophylactic treatment for those who might be accidentally get exposed to the virus.
