Prisons XI and Fighters dropped points to minnows. On Saturday Modipane United humbled Prisons XI 2-1, with former Zebras defender, Kabelo Kgosiang featuring for the Warders. This is one game that Prisons XI who were on position three, one point and one rung above their opponents on the log, were expected to win.

But Collen Mokganelwa's boys led by former Mochudi Centre Chiefs striker Molatlhegi 'Teenage' Podile added to their woes.

Prisons XI coach Bushy Basitang cannot strengthen his squad due to insufficient funds.Comets also failed to stamp their authority against Letlapeng in Ramotswa on Saturday after playing to a 1-1 draw.

Comets, who are yet to convince that they are still a force to reckon with, went into the game sitting at position six with five points, just four places below Letlapeng who were at the log summit with 12 points.

Newcomers Rolling Boys were worthy 3-1 winners away to Fighters in Mogoditshane on Sunday.

This was Fighters' second loss in a row after Ramotswa-based Giants beat them two weeks ago.

With the three giants struggling, Letlapeng sit at the top with 13 points while Wire Kaelo's Rolling Boys are second with 12.

Another lacklustre team Mochudi Buffaloes managed to register their first win after they pipped Giants 1-0 in Mochudi on Sunday. Buffaloes are another side that has been consistently dropping points.
