Whats happening at G-West Police Station?

I enquired from him what was actually going on, and he told me that the whole section is in a 'meeting'. I went to the alleged meeting and knocked. To my surprise I was met with a deafing laughter from the officers. I pleaded with them to help us they will be back to their laughter session. There was this Sergeant. He was not helpful in any way and threatened the constables with extra hours if ever they disobeyed him and come to help us. I was lost.

One constable and three special constable 'sneaked away' and went to help me and traced the culprits.

On the way they told me that they are going to be punished for helping us coz the Sergent does not want people to be attended ntle le taelo ya gagwe. Please safe the Police reputation and image by illiminating such kind of officers because he does not even address his juniors politely. The Commissioner act now. Please
